Hmmmmm...... It seems like we did just here about the Central American cichlids when Wayne was here (that was 7 months ago - time does fly). If Lee talks about them in May then it will be almost a year since Wayne so that would probably be fine...... The Satanoperca talk does seem the most interesting to me as well (especially since he likes that one too). If Kathy and Erik talk about their Amazon trip in March then that is another reason to pick something other than a collecting talk from Lee. Thanks again Kathy for your efforts in getting speakers. We can maybe turn the efforts for a Livebearers speaker in March to setting one up for the next "season" ...if anyone eventually responds. Maybe non-Northwesterners don't want to visit us in the winter???? :) > ---------- > From: Kathy Olson[SMTP:kathy@thekrib.com] > Reply To: gsas-board@thekrib.com > Sent: Thursday, January 27, 2000 6:39 AM > To: gsas > Subject: Re: speaking (fwd) > > Which talk are you guys interested in?? > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > Date: Wed, 26 Jan 2000 10:09:09 -0800 > From: Lee Newman <newmanl@vanaqua.org> > To: kathy@thekrib.com > Subject: Re: speaking > > Hi Kathy, > > >Options include March, May (second tuesday), or > >pick your date next year.
