Reminders for tomorrow (OK, too late for Bob)

GSAS Meeting Minutes - 25 January 2000

Membership: 2 new, 3 renewals last month.  Sam wants a list of businesses
to hit for the auction.

PR: Advertising for the plant auction will be done by Bob in the next
couple days (PDF).  No Times ad.  Erik will update the web site.

Library: No news from Anne.  Dave is donating CD-R of Coral Media.  Voted
to renew ACA Membership.

Fish of the Month: Random oddball ones.  Plant contest plant?  Chain
swords or corkscrew val.

Shows/Contests: Deadline is April 1st for writing contest.

Plant Auction: Plants ordered (thanks Sam!).  Treasurer needs to bring
money box and change ($1s $5s and $10s).  Need bidder #s.  Stickers (Bob
H).  Plant bags. Pens.  Need to have some folks there by 6:30... pizza
will be provided for helpers.

General Auction: Kathy will e-mail Diane to verify help.

Hospitality: Victoria won't be here next meeting.  Anne won't either.  
Let's volunteer Bob (Holmes)!  4 packages of cookies, 3 sixpacks.

General Meetings: Kathy contacted a bunch of people who haven't gotten
back to her.  So we don't know who's coming for March or May, but Wayne is
still confirmed for June.  Maybe Steve L?  Dick Au?  Lee Finley?

Board Meeting Coordination: Scott and Victoria's.  February 29th.

New business:  Bellevue Home Show.  Flying Fish 425-806-0400. Laurie can
help (only available evenings).  Kathy can call and get details.
