Hi Kathy,

Concerning airfare...Wayne will send in the receipt and I will issue a check
to your club and a check to Wayne for his other "ground expenses" (parking,
mileage, etc).  100 people and over, we reimburse the full airfare up to
$400.  Under 100 people, we reimburse half the cost (up to $250).

I have contacted Rich Volpe and Charles Henry and they said someone would be
there.  I'll find out more details and let you know.  Hope you have a great
show!
