Subject: Public Relations Project

I am a senior in Communications at the University of Washington and I am 
currently taking a Public Relations Writing course at the School of Visual 
Concepts in Seattle.  As part of this course, we are to assist a non-profit 
organization with any public relations needs.  Supervised by my instructor, 
Al Sampson, we will participate in creating news releases, fact sheets, 
newsletters, brochures, promotional letters, and PSA's.  I would only need a 
few hours of your time to gain information about your organization and to 
help brainstorm ideas about an upcoming event that you may need help on.  Any 
projects that I would do for your organization would be strictly for my class 
project.  Although if you like to use any of my ideas, I would be happy to 
share them with you.  

Please let me know if you have any events that would be occuring after 
January 1, 2001 that I could help with over the next 10 weeks.
