RE: Meeting Yesterday, and Plant Auction

Hello Out There.

~~stepping out into the frigid Northwest weather.....trying to shake
the climate change from my system.....wishing I was back in Puerto Vallarta~~~

Thank you all for covering for me while I was away in Mexico.....I
appreciate all your help with the meeting and such. ~smile~

Erik, what would this vendor booth be composed of? Not that it will
happen, but, how do we handle a situation where more than one vendor wants to
set up a booth in the future? Especially if they are less than friendly with
one another? I am not thinking so much about the plant auction vendors as I am
the vendors that may want to set up a booth at our General Auction someday. I
know there are fish stores that do not get along with one another very well. I
just do not want to start something that may cause us grief in the future is
all. I like new ideas and think this is promising, but, I want to be sure we
know how to handle requests from other vendors as well. I am not sure how the
Seattle Aquarium feels about this either, if there are any written rules
relative to this type of activity within their confines. Does anyone (ie, Dave
Sanford or others that have been to conventions) know how this is dealt with
at other major conventions?

Just some thoughts on the subject,

        Clay
