Kathy and I will be out for the next two weeks as well; I could go the
first week of December.

I'm not sure we actually do need to be there to plan the Christmas
potluck.  We need to make sure we have:

  * Announcements mailed out
  * Person getting main dish
  * Person getting soft drinks, utensils and plates (Costco run)
  * Person getting prizes for Fisho
