Yes, please pick up a ham at Costco and if they have some sort of easy to do
cooked chicken or turkey or beef, that would be a good thing to get too.
The reason being that there are some members that will not eat pork
products.

I too was getting a little concerned about the meat situation. I can easily 
pick up something at Costco. I'd like to suggest a spiral-cut ham. They 
usually have them
