Joe,

That is definitely the problem that was going on, even before you were 
editor.  It is what got the editor before Erik as well, she ended up doing 
reprints.

So it was definitely not localized to you, and I think will be an ongoing 
problem for whoever else takes the position.  The key thing is having 
someone contribute articles, and photo's.
