Erika,

As you know our previous president had relationship discord and her sig. 
other tossed all the GSAS non profit rules/incorporation stuff etc.  Now 
Erik mentioned to me last night, that he thought you said those are on 
file with the state.

If possible do you think you could get a copy of those??  (the club would 
reimburse the copying fee etc).  I think you are going through the whole 
not for profit thing.   I think we may have to do that with Erik's website 
as well.  You know someone is threatening us over the white box on the 
front page of The Krib, www.thekrib.com.

GRRR, Novak needs to find something better to do with his time, and me 
too....other than looking up stuff about him.
