Bob, 

I like your idea about the Newsletter being digital and on the web for
access....perhaps we could do something like that and then just send a
postcard to announce the meetings for those that want to use the web.  I
need input from all of you on the Board....we can discuss this at the next
Board meeting.  Speaking of which, Paul has stated he is interested in
having the Board meeting at his house this month.  

Paul,

We need directions to your house for the Board meeting.  Can you get that to
us soon?

Could you please send Bob Frangooles a check for the Newsletter expenses as

Due to my inability to effectively print labels the
newsletter did not go out until today.  Erik I will
bug you later in the week so I can resolve this.

There are three items missing in this newsletter that
I hope to work in for the next one.  1) A cover  2)
membership form 3) discounter business cards.

I don't need help with 1 or 2, but I do need someone
to run with 3 (if you all want to include that info in
the newsletter).  I believe I have the appropriate
graphics and simply need to know which ones to
include.  I think someone should call the stores to
verify.

Who is in charge for re-imbursement?  The damage was
$58.75 for copying and a box of labels (Office Max). 
There was also $34.72 in stamps.  Total $93.47.  If
the copying cost (~$48) is higher than normal let me
know where it is done cheaper.

My address is 16806 SE 2nd Place, Bellevue WA 98008. 
Let me know if you need copies of receipts.

I summarized the number of categories of people mailed
to with the number of expired memberships in
parentheses.  I can't vouch that the status is
current.

Business 2 (1)
Exchange 14
Family 6 (4)
Life 9
New 21
Renewal 18
Single 23 (19)

I would also like to pose the possibility of letting
people opt out of recieving hardcopy.  What if we were
to let people access the newsletter via the web? 
There would be some hurdles to jump to make sure that
only those who wanted had access, but I am sure it
could be done without too much difficulty.  It would
certainly save some paper.  Just a thought.
