Hi everyone,

I calculate a net profit of $2074.27 from the auction, barring any unpaid 
splits that surface.

Steve Ward has been paid -- took care of that today.

During the auction I had a request from a club member, Joe Gray, for a 
membership card. Clay, maybe you could give me some signed cards at the 
next board meeting to mail out as necessary.

Clay, I will see that Kim Lane gets a membership form.

Is any one doing Thank you letters?  I have copies of last year's letters 
that could be updated and used.   I can do it if I can get a list of 
donators and donated items... let me know.

Item for discussion:  I've been thinking about the fact that we need some 
kind of Welcome letter for new members.  Maybe we could chew on that at the 
next board meeting.
