Liability

It was interesting this weekend at NEC one of the clubs there was talking 
about something I never thought of.

There are 17 clubs in the Northeast Council (NEC).  They were talking 
about what the NEC does for them.  ONe of the things besides shows, 
contests, talks etc, was liability insurance.  NEC does the liability 
insurance for all of the clubs.  I didn't think about this.  I wonder what 
Portland does??  I think it may be only a small amount per year, but 
perhaps we should think about it.

I cc'd Portland on this, hopefully they will reply about what they do on 
this.
