Isn't the board meeting the LAST TUES of the month, so it will not be on 
this tuesday but rather April 30th. So it is two Tuesdays down the road.

If you need a vote beforehand, it sounds like this guy is doing the 
appropriate refering and asked.  My vote would be yes.
