I have been in his fishroom and it was truly
impressive.  He was a nice mane in my brief
interaction with him.

On a pragmatic note, hopefully someone will be able to
transition his substantial fishroom to new homes. 
Erik, if you are in touche with Teale, you may want to
drop her a note.
