Clay, Tonight's not the 27th! The first general meeting is the 10th, so if you were to hold a board meeting at the "normal" time it would be the 27th. I guess if I were in your shoes, I would first be finding out 1) who's on board (so to speak), 2) what to do for September, 3) if there's a newsletter or if postcards need to be mailed, then 4) what other general meetings needed to be filled and what with. If the first three could be figured out in e-mail then there almost isn't a need for the board meeting, and it could be used to discuss (4) and any other issues. If (4) can be resolved, then the entire year is ready to go. - Erik On Tue, 13 Aug 2002, Hess, Clay A wrote: > Erik, > > So, you mean we should be having a meeting tonight? > > Clay > > -----Original Message----- > From: Erik Olson [mailto:erik@thekrib.com] > Sent: Tuesday, August 13, 2002 10:19 AM > To: 'gsas-board@thekrib.com' > Subject: Re: GSAS Board Meeting > > > On Tue, 13 Aug 2002, Hess, Clay A wrote: > > > Good Morning, > > > > Can someone help me please; with when we should have our next Board > Meeting > > to discuss the upcoming GSAS year? > > Traditionally that's been done 2 weeks before the first meeting, i.e. > August 27.
