This sounds great to me.  I think we had more budgeted so that would be

It does include a shifted date at the aquarium which I will have to check.

Yes, thank you for the invitation. The best dates would be the earlier ones,

i.e. May 3rd and May 6th. For the combination the cost is $750 in total, 
$375/club, which includes airfare and speaking fee. Please let me know what
