FW: tentative dates for a visit

Good Afternoon again,

Here is an update on another speaker that is in works for the Seattle club
and Portland club. Please note that we would have to change our meeting to
the 3rd Tuesday of the month...but, that might work. We need to check with
the Aquarium on this. Is there anyone who is interested in doing this
Programs coordination effort? I could really use the help, please.

Thanx,

Clay

Hi Rusty!

I got in touch w/ the new programs person for the Seattle club, and he is
psyched about the possibility of you coming out here this winter. They would

love to share. yay! :-)

Not sure which month would work better for you, Jan or Feb, but either will
work for us at this point. I am shooting for you meeting in Seattle the 3rd
Tues of the month and with us that Saturday beforehand. Not sure if you
would prefer a hotel or to stay w/ a club host. I know you have friends here

in Portland, like Joe M. and Steve. I know for a fact that finding you a
club host with either group will be no problem if you so desire. Of course,
please feel free to come here a day or two early, as I'm sure we can find
some fun touristy things to do -- there are more brewpubs/capita here than
just about anywhere on earth. Ask Lee Finley about Pub Crawling in Portland.

He'll tell you! Club Snail hasn't had a meeting in a long time. ;-)

We are thinking that the Marineland program would work (monetarily) for us
better than the other one. My guess is that your airfare will be more than
just $200.00. ;-) Also, if this airfare is split between two clubs, do we
each get reimbursed for our halves, or is it just the one split? We are both

eligible, I believe, so we are curious.

Not sure what else you need to know, or we need to know at this point other
than what month you can come. I look forward to your visit, as even with a
few ACAs under my belt I never really have seen a whole one of your
presentations. Hangover, or some such... you know how that goes. ;-)

TTYS,
Julie <><
