Gen. Membership Meeting Sign - Fish o' the Month

I think I remember seeing someone scrambling to get a sign-in list ready before 
the meetings last year.  Unless that function is near-and-dear to someone's 
heart, I'll plan to make that my responsibility (making the list - not 
Scrambling).  It will be complete with tear-away numbers for the drawing.  (I 
want to retain the sign-in sheet for historical purposes anyway.)
