I really appreciate your offering to fill in as Hostess.  I think that would
be fantastic.  The task at hand is to bring something for the members to
snack on, cookies and other bagged goodies to the meeting.  Usually we try
to offer heated water and juice as well.  I honestly do not know what the
status of the refreshment supplies are, in our cabinet at the aquarium.
So, for November we will have to kind of play it by ear if that is ok by
you?  I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Hi Clay,

When I tried to think of someone faithful to the meetings that might be
willing to take on the Hostess responsibilities, I thought of June Olberding
jdolb1@attbi.com.  I actually checked with her before offering her name up
and she said she would be glad to fill in as hostess for October & November
(before going on an extended vacation at the end of the year).  So, we have
a willing fill-in, short-notice volunteer if you're interested.  I told her
that I would pass her name on to you and the rest of the board since she is
willing to help.
