It's via http://db.gsas.org along with the other database bits.  
Remember?  I gave you an account with a password (that I've now 
forgotten).

So just so long as I've got you here, might as well give you the 
procedures...

For Erika, when printing labels:

1) Click on "Generate Postscript Labels"
2) Save resultant file (i.e. labels.ps)
3) Load labels.ps into ghostview & print
4) Click back & then on the "Show (purge) lazy members" link
5) Review and gasp with horror the expiring members, then
6) Click "Yes, Expire them!"

NOW, depending on who is sending out the membership cards, and how they 
are choosing to do so, we can have a similar process for resetting the 
renewal flag and printing separate labels for Bob's people.  I'll talk to 
Bob about this at the board meeting.  For now, Erika, don't reset the 
new/renewals flag.
