Hi Erik,The reason that I was thinking about a letter this time is because of all the additional announcements that the board decided to include in the newsletter this time. They are listed in the minutes. I'm actually borrowing a computer at the Seattle Aquarium to check email, so I'm trying to remember the list from memory. Of course, we wouldn't do the "new members list" or the recipe in a postcard or letter. We do need to do the description of the meeting, the agenda, and the request to bring the coloring pages. It seems like there was something else, but I'm not remembering it right now. How about if you take a look at the complete list and decide if it would fit nicely in a postcard (which would be cheaper to mail out) or if it would be too crowded. I'm all set up at home to do a mail merge if a letter would be more appropriate. Let me know what you think. I will check email again this evening.
Thanks, Rick

I would ask that Erik and Rick work together to make sure we get some sort of meeting notification out to the members.
