Remind Paul to resubscribe

Paul Carey's mail has been bouncing on all 3 lists since he dropped his
ISP last month; I left some leeway because he said he was moving (normally
I unsubscribe people the first time I get a bounce message), but I'm tired
of getting a bounce every time someone mails the board or members, so I've
unsubscribed him.  He will need to remember (or be poked) to resubscribe
when he once again has internet connectivity.
