Good Morning,

Just a heads-up that I will be in Michigan from March 25-28th.  If we are to 
have a Board Meeting it would either have to be prior to that or you all would 
have to hold it without me during the time I am away.  I do not have a concern 
either way, please let me know what you all would like to do.
