Good Morning,

I would like to echo Dave's comments, I had a number of people tell me they 
really enjoyed last night's presentation!!  Dave and Steev did an excellent 
job!!!  Thank you both for putting this presentation together.

The food and table layout was really cool too and I heard lots of cute and 
funny comments on it as well. 

Thanks to June as well for donating the plants to the auction and to those that 
helped with the live food donations.  

The coloring contest worked out Fantastic as well!! Somethings can be done on 
the fly and come together very nicely. 

The meeting went so smooth and we had such a big turn out as well.  I had a 
great time and had very little to worry about.   Thank you all!! 

THE BOARD MEETING needs to be defined as to where we hold it, if no one wishes 
to volunteer, we can certainly hold it at our house.  Please let me know by 
Friday if you wish to hold it in another location.  YES, THE MEETING IS ON 
MARCH 20th, please put that in your calendars,

Wow, I thought that was a great meeting last night. I want to commend Rick
on his efforts with the professional notice the sent out at the last minute,
cool name tags, impressive display boards, and the level of organization for
sign ups etc was amazing. Thanks Rick. 
I thought that Steev and I worked together very well, without actually
planning what we were going to do! I was surprised by the large turnout as
well. The snack table was over the top with its creativity, thanks to all
who contributed to it. I drank my share of Green Water lemonade. Many thanks
to all who contributed live food cultures. I think that everyone who wanted
something was able to get it.
All of the above and a mini auction as well. 
Clay, are you in charge of the auction ?  I plan to help as an auctioneer.
Is the board meeting on Thurs 3/20 ? Where ?
