It seems that I must have misunderstood Sarah Atchison on the phone when we 
were discussing the 30 copies of "Food Cultures for Dummies" that we had 
originally planned to purchase from them.  She had just told me about the 
"standard auction donation" that Jim wanted to send, and I was trying to 
clarify that they were DONATING it.  She left the phone, checked with Jim, 
and then returned to tell me that Jim said it was "all free".  Evidentally, 
they were only talking about the additional stuff, not the 30 copies of the 
booklet.  I barely noticed that the invoice included in the box listed a $60 
charge for the booklets and since I thought we had been so clear on the 
phone, I assumed it was a "glitch" in the order entry.  Evidentally not.

I guess the $59 that came in at the auction will have to go to pay for the 
books.  I apologize for the misunderstanding; I was as surprised as you 
probably are.

Would it be possible to approve this payment and get the check on the way?  
I'd like to be able to email them today - so as not to leave a bad taste in 
anyone's mouth - The other stuff that they actually did donate was still 
quite generous.
