For what it's worth...

This comment from the board meeting minutes goes all the way back to the
November meeting at Kevin's house.  At that time, I'm certain that Kevin was
just "making himself available" to help in any way that Kathy might need.
I'm pretty sure that he wasn't, at that time, "Counting on being able to
help" i.e. he's not going to be disappointed if Kathy's got everything
covered.

I haven't talked with him since that meeting, so if you have more recent
information, that's a different story.

Has Kathy coordinated this with Kevin?  The last time I talked with Kevin he
sounded like would be ok with hosting one or both individuals.

What type of party are we talking about?  Something at someone's house or
something at a restaurant, or something at a local Fish Store?

I just mentioned this to Kathy, and she said that she will be taking care
of hosting Ad and Paul, whom she had arranged as speaker coordinator.
She will host Rusty as well, as he & the portland people have been
e-mailing with her about arrangements.  She has scheduled to have these
days off work, and is planning on doing the hosting.  However, future
speakers will have to be arranged and hosted by others from the
membership.

Now, if someone would like to arrange a little party or get-together the
Mondays before the talk (the speakers will be in Portland over the
weekend), that would be quite helpful and fun!  Some of you may remember
we did this with Randy Carey and Karen Randall last year.
