Hi June,As of now, the bylaws are scanned images (graphics files) which are quite large. Erik provided them to me for download from his website so that I could work on the "bylaws project". I started the download before I went to bed and it finished some 2 1/2 hours later. I now have them on my computer as well as hard-copy prints. My plan is to type them into a text document which will hopefully be ready to hand out at the next board meeting. If you still would like to have a printed copy on Tuesday, let me know and I'll put that on my "getting ready for the meeting list", otherwise, you'll get a copy on May 22nd.
- Rickp.s. If the guppies have some color, we'd be interested in infusing some new blood into our tanks. I'm like dave though, I can't feed anything "bigger" (or more intelligent) than a brine shrimp if it's still alive.

If they are available in form that is easy to email them to me would be appreciated. Alternately I could get hard copy at meeting Tuesday.I have guppies that need weeded out. Thought struck me that given the topic, they might be appropriate as bags of feeder guppies for door prizes. If wanted I will bring them to Tues. night.
