Is is fair to assume this is a take on a quote from the movie Spinal Tap?  I

I like the updates to the website - especially the picture of Ad and Clay - 
nice touch.

I'm probably showing my ignorance here, but I don't understand the "quote"  
or the spinal tap reference.

Recent Coloring Contest Winners added. "If I've told them once, I've told 
them a hundred times; put 'Ad Konings' first and 'Coloring Contest' 
second..." (Apologies to Spinal Tap)

Could you or anybody fill me in?
