I'll chime in here. I have my doubts about this. Who are these aquarists
that no one has heard of who want to host an international event ? The
message was far too brief to make any kind of evaluation. I think the onus
is on them to provide a lot more detailed info to us, rather than us take on
the problem of "researching" who,what, etc. I say  that if they are
legitimate and serious then they should meet us in person with a proposal.
