If you do end up wanting to buy it, the cheapest place I've seen it thus 
far is from Dave Gomberg, which is $70 Postpaid.  His website is 
http://www.wcf.com/apbook  My guess is that you can't get it cheaper than 
that.  Most places are selling it for $84.50 nowadays.
