Yes; I'll do my best.

The only thing that comes to mind right away is related to nominations for
board positions.  At the board meeting last week, we tried to establish some
procedures for this year's nomination/election process.  Both you and Erik
had previously indicated that you did not plan to seek re-election to the
board.  If either one of you have reconsidered, it would be helpful to know
ahead of time - especially in your case if you are not going to be there to
throw your own hat into the ring.

I am sorry to say that graduation from a class I have been taking will
interfere with the GSAS September meeting.  As such, I will be unable to
attend the GSAS general meeting.  Rick can you run the meeting for me
please?  Is there anything that any of you need from me prior to the
meeting?
