This is NOT going to happen, certainly not in this timeframe.  You need to
take it off the list and go with a backup plan.  I'm pretty sure I've
mentioned this before.  

Pam Chin would be fun, but I suspect you'll have better luck asking Kathy 
to organize a speaker for the spring rather than the fall.  I would not 
rely on anything for the fall at this point.

This is another that should be taken off the recurring list (and I think
I've mentioned it before -- but here it is again official and recorded by
the list).  We're not going to get Mike.  Mike was a big flake when Kathy
arranged it 2 years ago, and completely forgot his committment, and had
something "pop up"  that was too important, not offering to reschedule or
anything.  c.f. some of our other speakers which have always offered to
reschedule.
