My two cents...

I don't think it would work.  The newly elected board is supposed to sit at
the October board meeting - so, the board meeting would have to be after the
general meeting (post election.)  That would put us/them arriving at your
house around 10:30pm and staying until about mid-night on a Tuesday night.
Plus, I do a lot of prep-work for both meetings.  Both on the same night
would be a nightmare for me.

I actually think we should consider moving the board meeting to the next
week (October 30th.)

Here's an idea I'd like to offer up for discussion; Since the Oct. general 
meeting on the 21st is only 2 days from the board meeting on the 23rd, 
maybe it would be practical to hold both meetings on the 21st?We could hold 
it at my house,a restaurant near the Aquarium or at the Aquarium before or 
after the general meeting.
