RE: Conflict for September Board Meeting

How about if we move the meeting to your house?  Since you’re retiring from the board next month, this will be your last opportunity to host a meeting for a while.  Also, we really need to establish the budget for this year and you have a lot of needed input in that area.

Good Evening,

My wife is taking a class on Thursdays now and it will go for three months.  Soooo, to make it simple, I will be taking care of the kids during those Thursdays.  This means I cannot attend Board meetings on Thursday.  I am not sure you need me there, I would like to be there though.  But, if it is an issue for the rest of the Board, I would be happy to give my input prior to the meeting by email and have all of you take care of the rest of the business.  I am sorry that I could not come up with better arrangements.  Please let me know what works best for the Club.

Thanx,

Clay

Sounds like a good idea to me.  I can pick the books up.

Questions/comments?  Otherwise I will email Aaron and arrange for pickup.

Bob

P.S.,  Board meeting is at my house 7:30 p.m., Thursday, September 18, 2003.

Hi Bob and Clay-
I have a bunch of aquarium books that I'm trying to get rid of. I figured I'd offer them to the GSAS instead of sending them to the Goodwill. They are in good to very good condition:
Nature Aquarium World book 1 by Amano
Ecology of the planted Aquarium by Walstad
Natural Aquarium handbook by Scheurmann
Aquarium Plants by James
Natural Aquarium by Yoshino
Complete Fishkeeper by Levine
and a 1953 copy of Exotic Aquarium Fishes by Innes

If the club would like them, all I ask is that someone pick them up from my condo in downtown Seattle. The condo has a door man that I can leave the books with so someone could pick them up whenever is convenient to them.

Thanks
-Aaron Kraemer
