Susan,
Why don't you take care of the popcorn, fish and containers for the popcorn.
I will do the pop and the rest. I will get 8 bottles, 5 diet and 3 regular.
I have all the drink cups, coffee and associated things for snacks. I will
bring the usual store of "packaged" snacks for the nonpopcorn crowd.
AFA things like juice, it is worth coordinating with me. As the club snack
person, I have quite a few things on hand including quite a bit of juice
which to my surprise hasn't been that popular. Don't worry though,
everything always goes at the auction. Big, hungry, thirsty crowd. :-)
