plant auction pre-board notes

Hi folks,

Apologies, I won't be able to make the board meeting, so just wanted to
make sure we can get the usual assortment of folks and equipment lined up
for the plant auction.

* Plants: Can you guys come up with a budget at the board meeting based on
last year's numbers?  I'd like to give this to Sam as soon as we know, so
he can get the plants ordered.  At minimum, could we find out what last
year's was?

* Treasury: Bob knows all the details, should be able to pass on to Susan?

* Laptops: If anyone has personal laptops, possibly with wireless 802.11,
please do let me know of tally.  The more you can bring, the less I have 
to snatch from work!

* Bags and sharpies, notebook for manual tallier

* Personel at auction: three auctioneers, three computer people, manual
tallier, late check-in specialist for after the auction starts, runners
and baggers.
