Probably good to renew the ones that donated to the auction.  Actually, 
it's good to do this at the auction, but I know how crazy things get...

Historically we had a whole bunch of business who kept receiving 
newsletters years after they stopped donating or helping the club out, so 
a few years back we put them on the same schedule as regular members.
