Time to start seriously looking for a new home for us. I have a list of 
community meeting places and plan to start calling tomorrow or Friday at 
the latest. I came up with this list of requirements. Please look it over 
and let me know if there's anything I've left out or if you have any other 
comments.
Space for 30 - 40 people avg. with peaks to 60 - 70 at auctions, holiday party.
Standard facilities - restrooms, water, heat etc.
Tables, chairs, screen (we can maybe buy a screen if we have to)
Free, safe parking
Reasonably safe, family - friendly area.
easy accessibility (for auction stuff)
Available on a "permanent" basis, able to store library cabinet year-round.
Cost (fees listed on community meeting place list are very reasonable 
compared to the aquarium)
