Good morning. I talked to Yohan (pronounced joe han) yesterday and I also 
have his itinerary. Short trip. He arrives at 11:23 AM on the 9th and 
leaves at 6:50 AM the next morning. Details will be emailed to me later and 
I'll pass them on. Might be nice to do a "before the meeting dinner" like 
we've done in the past, if he's up for it.

As mentioned before, an LCD projector is needed for his power point 
presentation. Dave, can you provide? A backup would be nice to have too, if 
anyone has access to another one.
We also need a laptop with the capability to handle a power point program. 
Can anyone bring one? He is bringing his but has asked if we can provide 
one also, and his would be a backup.

His presentation runs about 45 min - 1 hr. with time for questions, etc. 
afterward. Should be a good show. He sounds very knowledgeable on his 
subject. He's from Sri Lanka.
