Asking Richard Elliot for his advice/opinion has been a back-burner item for 
over a year.  When I emailed Diane about a totally different subject, she 
responded very quickly.  I'd still like to see what Richard has to say on the 
subject.

I'll call myown agent to see if he can offer anything helpful.
