GSAS now has insurance and is officially an incorporated NPO.

At last, we are officially incorporated! The certificate arrived in the
mail yesterday. We have to file an annual report and pay an annual license
fee every year before the anniversary of the filing date (4-26-2004).
Doesn't say how much that is. I'll call and find out.
