Yes, depending on what the presentation is, slide show or not, the windows will 
need to be covered to help cut the amount of light on the presentation screen 
(wall).  I would propose that someone bring some newspaper and tape......that 
should do the trick....not pretty, but, effective.

I don't think I saw any exchange when I brought this up last week.  Am I right 
about remembering that Kathy warned us about needing to darken the windows in 
the Bay View Room when it's Spring time (sun still up?)
