Hi Rick,

The welcome letter email from you got lost in the shuffle...sorry.

I think it is a good idea to put it on the letterhead.  Here's the text.

I have updated the second paragraph to reflect our new meeting place.

Dear New GSAS Member,

Welcome to the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society!  As club president, I'd 
like to take this opportunity to welcome you into the club.  Our meetings 
are always fun and interesting.  You'll get to share ideas and experiences 
with fellow hobbyists, meet and learn from locally, nationally and even 
internationally recognized experts on all aspects of the aquarium hobby, 
and socialize with a lot of nice people who share your enthusiasm for 
tropical fish.

Club meeting are held at Wetter Hall on the Seattle Pacific University 
Campus.  Doors open at 7:00 p.m. meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. on the second 
Tuesday of every month except July and August.  Visit our website, 
www.gsas.org for additional information.

We're looking forward to seeing you at future meetings, and again we warmly 
welcome you to the GSAS.
