[GSAS-board] Newsletter Delay - Postcard or Email?

Board Members...

 

Victorea has had problems getting the newsletter ready.  She's volunteering to send out a postcard NOW and then ALSO send the newsletter next week (after the meeting, but still to be considered the October edition.)

 

I told her that I wanted to check with the board first, but I don't think it's worth it to double the postage expense by sending out BOTH.  Can we just rely on the email promotion for the meeting (i.e. no postcard) and then Victorea would mail the newsletter next week as she's suggesting?

 

I need your feedback ASAP!
