I'm very sorry that we didn't take care of the plane fare reimbursement while you were here. I'll copy this to the board so that we can find out the proper procedure for taking care of it now. I imagine they will want a copy of the receipt for our records. If you would send me an email with the exact amount, we can probably get the process started from this end.
Yes; I have seen the website affiliate program mentioned on your site and I had intended to ask you about it Tuesday night while on the way to your hotel, but it slipped my mind. I intend to present the idea at our board meeting next week. We have an official website policy, and I'm not sure if it addresses affiliate programs or not.
I must echo back your very kind words. It was a pleasure to meet and get to know you. I wish the time had not been so short - we could have had fun touring the various shops and sites in the Seattle area if it weren't four our pesky work schedules :)
Thanks again for all your kind considerations - splitting the proceeds from the culture sales, the extra booklets that you left for other members who weren't able to attend the October meeting, and allowing us to video record your presentation (complete with powerpoint slides) was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

I can not thank you enough for the opportunity to come up to Seattle and speak to the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society.
It's always an interesting process after the presentation to sit down with myself, alone and put down on paper positives and negatives so that I can improve the total experience. There was a unique chemistry in the room and the notes that I have written were unique also, even the short coming that I want to work on seem to have a positive spin.
We did not have an opportunity to settle our the plane fare. What should we do in that regard?
Also, I know you have looked through our WWW sites. Did you happen to pick up on the hot link that we created for "affiliate" groups? Essentially it's a way for groups to place a link from their site to ours and sales that might be generated from the clicks on the link result in a 5% donation to the group. If the GSAS would be interested let me know.
