An even simpler way -it's good to keep things simple- will be that each one
of us to have dinner on our own BEFORE we come to the meeting, and have just
desert together -some beverage drinks and pastries- up to $10.00, deductible
from the budget. This way we end the meetings earlier, and don't solicit the
host to much. I think it's a decent win-win.
