Below is a sample of
the text that I?ve written for the ?membership renewal reminder? email.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rick

Subject: GSAS Membership
Reminder
Hi Rick,
The GSAS Board of Directors has asked me to provide
our members with a friendly reminder when it is time to renew their
membership. We hope that you find this service to be a helpful and
useful tool in making sure that your membership in GSAS remains
current.
Our goal is to ensure that you find your membership to
be a very valuable and interesting aspect of your home aquarium hobby; and we
are working hard to that end. Your continued interest and support of
GSAS is much appreciated.
Your Family membership recently expired on
11/1/2004.
There are two ways to renew. You can simply pay
your dues to Susan Welenofsky, our Membership Coordinator, at the next monthly
meeting; or, if you would prefer, you can send your check (payable to GSAS) in
the mail.
Susan?s mailing address is?
Susan Welenofsky, GSAS Membership
2973 142nd Place SE #6
Bellevue, WA 98007
IMPORTANT: Please help us keep our address and
other information up-to-date. If you have moved, changed phone numbers,
or gotten a new email address recently (and who hasn?t?) please include that
information. There are forms available at the meeting, or you can print
out a membership form from our website: just go to www.gsas.org and click on the link to the
membership form.
Thank you, again, for all you do to make GSAS such a
successful and rewarding experience for us all!
