Hi Bob: How many shirts do we actually want to do? I came up with 75 as a guesstimate. Maybe we should poll the members to see how many would like the shirt, and show them what it will look like before it is done, so they can decided before hand if they actually want it. I'm sure that once it's done, though, people that didn't say anything or were not sure, will want one; we should have some extras. Yes, I would like to borrow your manual. I think pockets add a touch of class, and I would pay an extra $2 for that. Does the 75pc. mean minimum order? They do make special drills for plex. The cutting edge and tip angle are different than standard drills. Liard Plastics in south Seattle sells them in a few common sizes. You can also grind your own out of old standard drills. I have a pretty good Plexiglas fabrication manual that I got from Laird a few years ago. They may still have them. It was either free or minimal cost. You can borrow mine.
