[GSAS-board] Party stuff

-Fish-o prizes: As I remember, fish-related ornaments have worked well in 
the past in the gift exchange, so they probably will work out nicely as 
Fish-o prizes. That's three. we also have the "Whisper-30" filter (left 
from last general auction) and for the grand prize, the Eclipse tank & hood 
being donated by FG&P. That's five. Can't remember how many games we 
usually play, but it seems to me it's seven or eight including the final 
blackout game.
For the remaining prizes, as well as door prizes we were going to use fish 
food from that big bucket of food also left over from the last auction. I 
have five plastic containers for the food and can pick up a few more.
Apparently I didn't write anything in my notes from the last board meeting, 
but I seem to remember that we planned to use containers of food as door 
prizes - - - "Food of the Month" instead of "Fish of the Month". Sound OK?
As far as donations from Denny's goes, almost anything other than fish or 
plants would be fine. Equipment, decorations, books, food, gift 
certificate........ If the donations aren't needed for party prizes they 
can become auction items.
I will have a coloring picture for the kids by party time. Also, the next 
board beeting is scheduled for the 16th. Any voluneers?
I can pick up the Eclipse at FG&P if no one else is available.
