Have been meaning to get to it, but I have been absolutely buried with work for the past two months, especially around Thanksgiving and now Christmas. However, the packet is on my desk at work, and I intend to get to it this week. I have been through it once, and the insurance coverages look good. In fact, I am recommending similar coverages to another non-profit I belong to. The business licensing forms seem wholly inappropriate to me for a non-profit of GSAS's size, although at least one of the forms has a box to be checked for non-profits. We are not talking about the Seattle Symphony with a multi-million dollar budget here. I suspect there is some threshold for the business license requirement. I will look at the law and and get back to you. Sorry it has taken a while, but I should be able to get back to you over the Holidays. -- RICH ELLIOTT
